The Needs Assessment Survey, conducted by the Bergen County Division of Senior Services, is designed to gather feedback from older adults, caregivers, and service providers. The primary purpose of this survey is to understand the needs and preferences of these groups to inform and develop the Division's strategic plan on aging 2025-2027 and to support Bergen County's Age-Friendly initiative. The insights gained from the survey will help enhance services, address gaps, and ensure a comprehensive approach to support the aging population in Bergen County effectively.
